The administrative management is centralised in the Research Support Services Office, which includes the following:
- Management of its own budget.
- Invoicing for services rendered.
- Processing of expenses of the calls for proposals of the Office of the President for Research and Knowledge Transfer, concerning the repair of scientific instrumentation, use of research support services and infrastructure acquisition and renewal.
- Processing and monitoring of expenses corresponding to the acquisition of scientific infrastructure with ERDF funds.
- Management of work absences, training courses and other procedures relating to the staff dependent on this Service.
- Maintenance of its own inventory.
- Preparation of annual reports.
- Administrative management of the integrated quality and environmental management system (ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015) in the area of scientific instrumentation.
- Maintenance of the website and the @LIMS platform.
- Other administrative procedures related to the Research Support Services.
